Hoosier Hill Farm just released the most amazing products I have seen in a long time, their incredible and versatile cheese powders. They have five different types, including Alfredo, Southwest, Three Cheese, Spicy Jalapeño, and the star of this post, Beer Cheese.

Having this range of products means the possibilities are endless. You can easily make each product into a soup base, sauce, or dip, just with the addition of water! I personally am guilty of just sprinkling the powder over some popcorn too! I also think it’s important to mention, that all of their cheese powders are made with real ingredients, like real milk and real cheese. There are also no additives, making this a simple, clean, and delicious product. Today, we’ll talk about the first way I used the Hoosier Hill Farm Cheese Powders as soon as I got my hands on them! And that was by making beer cheese dip for my homemade pretzel recipe.

Beer Cheese Powder? Tell Me More!

Normal beer cheese needs to be made on the stove. It takes around 20 minutes to make. You have endless dishes to clean up. Worst of all, if you’re not over 21, you can’t make it! Lucky for you, there’s an easy 1-bowl alternative that can come together within just 2 minutes. You can make the Hoosier Hill Beer Cheese Dip with just one ingredient, but for my favorite version, we utilize four ingredients. Because of this, all you need to do is grab a whisk and a bowl! Once you have that, you’ll be enjoying homemade pretzels and beer cheese dip in no time!
